30-Day Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

For quality-related issues, including damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly misdescribed items, clear photo or video proof may be required.

Change-of-mind and other non-quality-related returns are accepted as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return.
General Terms

All returned items must be in original, unworn, and unused condition, with tags, protective films, original packaging, accessories, and valid proof of purchase.

For confirmed quality-related issues, Richurus will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

If your return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or other eligible product issue, please wait for our review before purchasing return shipping. Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide the appropriate return shipping instructions or a prepaid return label.

For change-of-mind or other non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may arrange your own trackable return shipping. If you request a prepaid return label from Richurus and one is available, the applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please use a trackable shipping service when arranging return shipping yourself. Richurus is not responsible for returned packages that are lost before reaching our return facility.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days.
