Refund policy

30 Days Return and Exchange

All returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • For quality-related issues, proof (photo/video) is required.

  • For change-of-mind returns (unused, original condition).

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return.

General Terms

  1. All returned items must be in original, unworn, unused condition, with tags, protective films, packaging, and valid proof of purchase.

  2. For quality issues, return shipping is free once proof is confirmed.

  3. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days after inspection.

  5. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
