We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships (tracking may take up to 48 hours to update).

If stock is available in our U.S. or EU local warehouses, we will prioritize local shipping (delivery in 2–5 business days).

Otherwise, orders ship from Hong Kong, with an average delivery time of 7–10 business days.

In rare cases, delays may occur at customs or due to local conditions beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping and billing information is correct at checkout to avoid delays. Once processed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
If the courier deems a location unsafe, they may hold the package at a nearby office or attempt re-delivery. We recommend using an address where someone can sign for the package.
Once dispatched, Richurus cannot accept liability for loss or damage. We encourage you to monitor your tracking and coordinate with DHL or your local courier. We will support you in case of issues, but refunds or replacements can only be processed after courier confirmation of return or investigation.
Any shipping issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation.

All prices on our site are tax-included. We always prioritize tax-included express lines, so you normally won’t need to pay any additional import duties or VAT.
In the rare event that customs still charges extra tax, please pay it first and send us the official receipt — we will fully reimburse the amount to your original payment method within 1 business days (posting time may vary by bank).
