ORDER PROCESS & SHIPPING DETAILS

Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. We always prioritize tax-included express lines, ensuring the fastest possible delivery with no extra duties or taxes for you to pay.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–7 business days worldwide, excluding remote areas.
  • If stock is available in our U.S. or EU local warehouses, we will prioritize shipping from the local warehouse, with delivery usually within 5 business days.
  • The shipping method and estimated time will be clearly shown at checkout.

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If you haven’t received your order within the expected time (usually within 7–11 business days), please contact us at custserv@richurus.com. We're happy to help.

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at custserv@richurus.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we will cancel and refund it right away.

TAX & DUTIES

All our prices are tax-included. We always use tax-included shipping lines, so normally you won’t need to pay any extra duties or VAT.

In the rare case that your local customs still charges additional tax, please pay it first and then forward the invoice to custserv@richurus.com. We will fully reimburse the amount to your original payment method within 1 business days. (The exact time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.)

WARRANTY

All watches are covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the delivery date. It covers movement or manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage to the strap, glass, or case, or damage caused by misuse, impact, water exposure (unless rated water-resistant), or normal wear and tear.

Email us with your order number and photos or video of the issue. We will evaluate and offer a solution (repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Non-faulty returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Watches must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and documents.

We support free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for quality issues.

Please provide your order number and clear photos when submitting your request.

Return shipping for non-faulty items is the customer's responsibility. If the return is due to a quality issue, we will cover the cost.

Instructions Download

All our watches use automatic mechanical movements. We recommend manually winding the watch before first use by turning the crown clockwise about 20 times. After that, daily wear will keep the watch running. If not worn for an extended period (10+ hours), simply wind it again to restart.
