We ship all orders using tax-included (DDP) channels. This means the price you see at checkout is the final price — no additional duties or VAT will be charged upon delivery.
Shipping & delivery
Free worldwide shipping is available on all orders.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are typically:
• 8–12 business days for most major destinations (US, UK, EU, Canada, Switzerland)
• 12–18 business days for select regions
• 18–30 business days for other international destinations

In some cases, orders may ship from our US or EU local warehouses when stock is available.
Order & tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking numbers are typically issued within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Returns & exchanges
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
For quality-related issues, we offer a free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty
All watches are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing and movement defects.
The warranty does not cover straps, glass, case damage, misuse, impact, water exposure (unless stated as water-resistant), or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, please email us with your order number and photos or videos of the issue. We will assess and propose a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
